Job Description

1. Administrative Work:

• Perform various administrative tasks to
  ensure the efficiency of the sales team.


• Maintain organized records and
  documentation.

1. Experience with HubSpot (Preferred):

• Responsible to maintain and manage day
  to day work in Hubspot


• Utilize HubSpot for various sales and
  customer relationship management tasks.


• Leverage HubSpot tools to enhance sales
  processes and efficiency.

1. â€Work in Event Management Software Triple
   Seat, Bengie, and Collins

• Work with US and UK event management
  software

1. Event Closing

• Be responsible for event closing
  administrative functions, coordinating with various internal departments

1. Invoice Creation:

• Generate invoices accurately and in a
  timely manner.


• Collaborate with the finance department
  to ensure billing accuracy.

1. Prospecting/List Building:

• Engage in prospecting activities to
  build and maintain a robust client database.


• Contribute to the growth of the sales
  pipeline.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales administration or a
  related role.


• Strong organizational and multitasking
  abilities.


• Excellent communication skills, both written
  and verbal.


• Familiarity with HubSpot is preferred.


• Proficiency in using CRM systems, experience
  with Triple Seat is a plus.


• Ability to adapt to new technologies and
  software platforms.
