Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information 
• Prepare Sales Reports
• Encode Sales
• Prepares Sales Liquidation
• Must be able to Monitor Incoming and outgoing of stocks in stores and office
• Makes sure account payable are monitored
• Prepares counter invoices
• Collection Monitoring
• With experience in inventory
• Very well organized
• Must be able to multi task
• Have good communication skills
