Job Description - Sales Admin Assistant

Job Requirements: BS Accounting, Accounting Technology or Business Course graduate from a reputable University /College; has good scholastic records; at one (1) year work experience in sales administration in a real estate business, has knowledge in accounting related works; has good interpersonal, oral and written communication, customer handling and leadership skills; computer literate / Trustworthy / Can work under pressure and less supervision; and proficient in using Microsoft Applications especially Microsoft Excel. Job Description:

  1. Inventory monitoring of lots prior to opening of new projects.
  2. Price and sales packages management.
  3. Management of incentive program for sales force.
  4. Closing of sales, assist in discussing to the buyers, terms and packages of the sale.
