Job Description - Sales Administrative Specialist

The Sales Administrative Specialist will provide support to ensure smooth operations of SMF Exports Group.

The following are tasks/ responsibilities of the Sales Administrative Specialist:

1. Provide adminstrative support to the department head (SMF Exports Manager) including accomplishment of special projects & tasks assigned.

2. Manage communication channels, including phone calls, emails and inquiries

3. Assist in preparing and filing important documents and reports.This includes completing expense liquidation reports.

4. Maintain filing and recordkeeping systems

5. Coordinate meetings, appointments and foreign travel arrangements.

6. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

7. Perform general clerical duties including photocopying & scanning and managing incoming & outgoing mail and deliveries
