Sales Administrator

Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 PHP a month

• Draft quotes, rental agreements, and final invoices using PandaDoc with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

• Handle inquiries from potential clients, managing communication from initial contact to payment processing, including follow-up emails and webinar engagements

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring precise tracking of leads, prospects, and clients through various stages of the sales process

• Develop and manage client journey boards, outlining clear step-by-step processes from registration to invoicing, ensuring team alignment and process adherence

• Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs

• Maintain Calendly events and the main calendar, reflecting all booked retreats, organization-hosted events, and potential leads

• Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred

• Proficiency in using PandaDoc or similar document management software

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy

• Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com) and calendar management (Calendly) tools is a plus.
