JOB SUMMARY
Sales Associate is responsible in generating revenue through volume sales, attaining sales targets
and continuously develop a strong client database.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Actively seek out for customers
• Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product
features and warranty agreements
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Ensure that all purchased items are delivered to the customer in a prompt manner
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Build productive trust relationship with customers
• Other task that may be given from time to time. Sales Associate may also be tasked to go to business travel sometimes.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology,Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
• Ability to keep commitment to clients.
• With track record of achieving sales quota is an advantage.
• Must have excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be highly motivated and self-starter.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Experience in IT sales is an advantage but not required
