Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the hotel industry Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activities Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel agencies to drive repeat business and referrals Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure group bookings, conferences, and events Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients and increase brand visibility Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
