What you’ll do

• Perform deep-dive analysis of sales metrics, providing business insights to leadership. This includes understanding the situation, developing hypotheses, analyzing data, and reporting findings/solutions
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards to provide data-driven, day-to-day intelligence for sales leaders
• Contribute to designing, onboarding, and maintaining key sales operations systems, including Salesforce.
• Acquire proficiency in newly implemented tools and technologies within a condensed time frame to perform the first round of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with other teams within the Revenue Operations function to develop and execute a unified strategy supporting sales teams in achieving revenue goal targets
• Participate in strategic planning and execution related to revenue optimization

What we’re looking for

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a focus on Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to navigate a large Salesforce database, especially Reports and Dashboards functions
• Mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights & actions
• Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools within Excel/Google Sheets to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
