Job Description - Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of the Salesforce.com platform and related systems. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflow rules. Additionally, they will manage user access and security, provide technical support to users, create and maintain reports and dashboards, manage data quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and maintaining Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflow rules.
  • Managing user access and security, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools.
  • Managing data quality, including data imports, exports, and data integrity.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Keeping up to date with new Salesforce features and functionality and recommending ways to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and vendors to implement and maintain solutions to meet business requirements.
Requirements:
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and workflow rules.
  • Experience in managing user access and security, including roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools.
  • Experience with data imports, exports, and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Desire to stay current on emerging trends and best practices in Salesforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce-related technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components is a plus.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
