SAP BTP Lead - Platform Operations and Support Lead

As Our client is growing rapidly, SAP Platform Agile Release Train (ART) was established and is responsible for the architecture, governance, operations, and embedding of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). We are looking for an experienced SAP BTP resource that is focused on delivering and enabling SAP Build/Extensibility services, initially SAP Build Work Zone, to various business stakeholders. This entails on-site and remote project deliveries, and effectiveness in solving innovative and challenging problems in an environment that fosters scalable and performant engineering and personal growth. Clearly defined SAP Build/Extensibility enablement is an important enabler of growth, cloud technology as key innovation enabler to operate Securely at Pace and at Scale. The SAP BTP Lead needs to have knowledge about the application development process and a focus on optimizing the development experience. Developing applications itself will not be a major requirement of this role. With SAP BTP we are building a business technology foundation which grows our output capability while feeding our innovations sustainably.

Responsibilities

• Support and enable the comprehensive architecture, functionality, economics, and architecture compliance of a suite of SAP BTP applications solution options for ASML's technology area.
• Collaborate with various other members of the IT organization like Domain architects, Solution Architects and Security & Access team as well as Subject Matter Experts from Global IT and business units for assigned solutions.
• You implement and support the SAP Business Technology Platform technical setups and configurations needed for solutions on the platform.
• Use understand design thinking methodology and can translate reference architecture into solutions.
• Perform monitoring on generic SAP BTP subscriptions, and deliver support towards growing Operations team.
• Manage and drive quality of the SAP BTP Service set-ups and drive governance and best practices.
• Work according to the best practices and architectural principles defined by the SAP BTP Team.
• You share your skills/knowledge and help to improve the best practices and enable colleagues.

SKILLS

Must have

• Certified in SAP BTP Administration and/or other SAP Technology (or proven track record)
• Skilled in SAP in most or all of the following: Basis, HANA, cloud, server, storage, database, network, security, virtualization, monitoring, software development
• Experienced in IT Operations processes (ITIL, IT4IT, etc) in the context of supporting and enabling SAP Solutions
• Experience in full life cycle SAP cloud implementations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (for example in Information Technology)
• 3+ years of practical experience in SAP Business Technology Platform, 10+ years total in SAP technologies
• Experience in a hybrid cloud environment, understanding integration concepts, understanding hybrid application landscape.
• Fluent in English.
