Security Analyst

About The Opportunity

Netrix Global is a leading Managed Security Services provider that offers a variety of services offering our customers comprehensive security solutions. Our team is seeking a Senior Security Analyst with experience in Microsoft Sentinel or similar SIEM platforms to join our security operations center. The Senior Security Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents triggered in our customer's organizations. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of security technologies and will be able to query Sentinel to detect and remediate security threats.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Monitor security events and alerts in Microsoft Sentinel to identify potential security incidents and threats.
• Analyze security alerts and investigate incidents to determine the scope and impact of the incident.
• Work with stakeholders across client organizations to coordinate incident response activities and ensure timely resolution of security incidents.
• Participate in development and implementation of security policies and procedures to improve the overall security incident handling quality.
• Collaborate with other members of the security team to stay up to date on the latest security threats and trends.

What You Will Bring to The Table

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in information security or related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Sentinel and other security technologies.
• Understanding of System Administration (Windows / Linux )
• Understanding of NG Firewalls
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or CIS.
• Experience with security incident response and investigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GSEC are considered an advantage.
