Being member of Human Resources team, the Senior Associate will be working with key collaborators , vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in benefits, timekeeping, retirement, occupational health and wellbeing areas. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible to remediate and mitigate more complex situations. You have a significant role in HR innovation through continuous improvement, optimization, and automation to elevate HR operations and enhance employee experience.
This is an exempt, senior role and a level before the Associate Director.
