Your Impact:

• Perform technical pre-sales activities in support of the SolarWinds products including:
• Conduct online/onsite product demos to solve customer's business problems/pain/challenges.
• Executing and managing POCs remotely/onsite addressing technical risks, questions or concerns.
• Building positive relationships with key stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs
• Maintain and continue to have an advanced technical understanding of the SolarWinds products and surrounding technologies
• Provide training to other team members and different departments internally where necessary
• Actively identify technical gaps and update/enable SolarWinds distributors/partners
• Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Solution Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams
• Presenting at partner events, webinars, and conferences
• Ability to travel within ASEAN region as needed

Your Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Business or Computing discipline or 6+ years' experience in a related field (technology consulting, presales, network, systems, storage, hypervisor, database administrator, or similar IT-related job function).
• Understand each customer's business, operations, and industry including the strategic business and technology goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining one or more of the following:
• Operating systems such as Windows and Linux
• Network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, etc.)
• Hypervisors (VMWare, HyperV, AHV)
• Database (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB, etc.)
• ITIL frameworks, Service Management processes and ITSM solutions
• Business-level English skills

Bonus Points:

• Deep understanding of SolarWinds or other observability tools.
• Knowledge and experience in managing and maintaining industry leading ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow and others.
• ITIL certification.
