Slot Ambassador

• To ensure that internal & external customers received the highest level of service experienced.

• Must maintain a professional appearance & manner, greets guests at all times.

• To ensure that machines are functioning correctly and attend minor malfunction as well as the replenishment of

slot tickets.

• Attach "out of order" signs to malfunctioning machines, and notify technicians and superiors when machines

needs repair.

• To proactively seek interaction with slot customers for the purpose of building positive business relationships.

• Consistently circulate through assigned area/s and respond to guest concerns and slot machine service calls in a

timely manner.

• Assists customers with gaming machines when necessary and also provides directions, general information of

upcoming events and other casino services.

• Ability to accurately explain various game combinations pay-outs and jackpots.

• To attend and assists on machine pay-outs based on the department pay-out matrix.

• To ensure in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned slot areas at all times.

• Safeguards company assets and gaming keys.

• Complete necessary sign in-out sheets for radios/keys.

• Ensures consistent and timely compliance with all gaming and Company policies and procedures.

• Adheres to all safety guidelines.

• Maintains the highest level of confidentiality within the department and/or company.

• Maintains an open line of communications with superiors.

• Reports all potential adverse situations such as safety hazards, intoxicated or disruptive guests, slot cheats or

disputes beyond the scope of their position to a supervisor immediately.

• Reports any guest’s issues to superior as necessary.

• Assists the superiors on any operational concerns and needs

Requirements

• Atleast College level

• Good personality & professional appearance

• Experience in Hospitality industry is an advantage

• Basic knowledge of gaming machines is desired

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs,

including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Independent, responsible and self motivated.
