Qualifications Advanced knowledge / experience of:

• English (both written & spoken),
• 5 years Working with test automation frameworks based on test-driven & behaviour-driven development, using Cucumber - must have

• Developing front-end tests using Selenium-based Webdriver tooling, specifically WebdriverIO - must have
• Back-end, micro-services and interface validation using graphQL, Postman and interface specifications - must have
• Designing test cases to run against multiple desktop browsers and mobile devices using cloud-based emulators and physical devices - must have
• All testing levels (Unit, Integration, System, Acceptance) and techniques (e.g Smoke, Regression etc) - must have
• Manual functional testing techniques and best practices across all test levels - must have
• Typescript language used to develop automation test scenarios
• CI/CD tooling within a DevOps environment in Microsoft Azure cloud
• Developing customer facing B2C eCommerce products in Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Working within a strategic program with multiple teams
• Working within a Jira / Confluence managed program incorporating TestRail test management tool.

Job Description QA Process Knowledge a. Understand and comply with the defined and agreed Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards of the organization. b. Understands various approaches used in testing such as System, Integration and Regression. c. Develop and establish automation strategies and processes of the organization. d. Implement and review the design and development of all aspects of automation testing (i.e creation, execution and maintenance of automated test scripts). e. Able to collaborate with the Manual Quality Team for the test cases to be automated and provide feedback on test case creation improvements. f. Executes manual test cases if necessary. g. Perform test automation and setting up automation frameworks on multiple application platforms (i.e Web, mobile and desktop). h. Implement and monitor all automation processes and create status reports for progress. i. Document all automation processes and design an efficient automation framework. j. Provide inputs regarding improvements of tools and environment of existing automation framework. k. Enhance the architecture of existing automation framework and test scripts. l. Handle technical communications with other teams to understand systems and APIs. m. Employ a variety of testing techniques to successfully deliver product releases including functional, regression and system tests. n. Collaborate with the automation engineering team and contribute to overall automation efforts. o. Research and recommend suitable automation frameworks for the project. p. Creates test plan and test effort estimation. q. Properly executes the test scripts, identifies the correct behavior of the system under test, replicates and reports uncovered defects. r. Tests and certifies software defect fixes and new functionality. Executes functional, application and regression tests for software releases. s. Writes clear and precise defect reports as required for identified software defects and functional defects based on testing results. t. Writes and submits Test Summary Report and/or Test Acceptance Certificate. u. Facilitates the Peer Review of automated Test Cases and Test Summary Report and/or Acceptance Test Certificate. v. Reviews and analyzes test results and makes recommendations. w. Enforces quality procedures and guidelines across the Software Development Life Cycle. x. Contributes to the continuous improvement of the QA procedures and guidelines. y. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, break down high-level information into details, abstract up low-level information to a general understanding, and classify user requests between must have and not. z. Satisfy customer by providing clear specifications and quality product according to specified requirements. aa. Exhibits confidence in understanding the business concerns and provides sound business suggestions and recommendations accordingly. 2. Administrative a. Records activities in ATLAS and reports/elevates issues to superior when needed; b. Conducts needed audit to ensure compliance to the procedures in CMMI; c. Prepares and submits of needed reports; d. Able to lead testing activities and handle and resolve minor risks and issues. e. Mentor and guide Automation Quality Analyst I and II. 3. Teamwork a. Closely coordinates with other team members of the applications development and support. b. Facilitates effective team interaction adhering to the values of the company and meeting the objectives. c. Ability to flexibly adjust to help other team members to ensure continuity of providing service. 4. Learning and Development a. Expand knowledge on business process and IT related information; b.
