The main responsibilities of a SR SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to understand requirements and recommend suitable technology and integration solutions.
  • Perform day to day operations of Salesforce including User access, Roles and Profiles, Permission sets, Sharing model, Security settings, Handling bulk data migration, Reports and Dashboards.
  • Manage system integrations and add-ons including installation, updates and configuration.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and app exchange offerings, evaluating alternative options and presenting creative solutions to senior management.
  • Ensure application architectures, such as Salesforce, align with enterprise needs and lead review sessions to mitigate risks.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to the wider technology team, management, and business.
  • Translate customer requirements into highly optimized Salesforce solution designs adhering to best practices and latest features
  • Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Formulas, Flows, Assignment Rules and email Alerts
  • Provide input into developing a roadmap for solutions, prepare system architecture and design documentation and manage documentation repositories.
  • Develop functional/technical requirements and specifications maintaining architecture diagrams
  • Mentor/Train team members in best-practices and compliance standards for solution design and configuration
  • Become a subject matter expert across multiple business areas and technology solutions.
  • Assist with management/administration of other business applications.

To apply, you must have the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or similar field
  • 7+ experience in supporting and developing Salesforce solutions
  • Experience with CPQ (experience with Zuora CPQ is a huge plus)
  • Strong familiarity with B2B and B2C quote-to-cash processes and subject matter expertise across multiple business areas and Salesforce Solutions
  • Ability to configure complex business automation, recommend solutions leveraging the latest Salesforce features, and troubleshoot/modify custom development in Apex and Lightning Web Components
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to tailor communication to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
  • A self-starter, experienced in leading projects or delivery work streams
  • Ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
  • Outstanding ability to collaborate and provide leadership with team members and business stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus

The successful candidate must submit the following pre-employment requirements:

  • Scanned copy of valid NBI Clearance
  • Accomplished Medical or PEME Slip (covered by KMC)
  • 2x2 & Half body picture with white background
  • Proof of government numbers (TIN, SSS, Pag-ibig, & Philhealth).
  • Photocopy of 2 valid IDs - front & back (government-issued)
  • Clear copy of your Birth Certificate (PSA or NSO)
  • Accomplished HR Forms & Promissory Note (will be provided by KMC's Onboarding Team)
