Staff Nurse

Job Description: As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and competent care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. ***Location: Alabang | Mandaluyong | Manila | Quezon City*** Responsibilities:

1. Patient Care: Delivering direct patient care according to established nursing care plans, including assessment, medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.
2. Documentation: Accurately documenting patient information, including medical histories, symptoms, and treatments administered, in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Collaboration: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and pharmacists, to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans.
4. Safety and Compliance: Adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining patient confidentiality, and complying with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff.
5. Emergency Response: Responding effectively to medical emergencies and providing immediate care and support to stabilize patients until further assistance arrives.
6. Quality Improvement: Participating in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and patient care delivery.

• BS Nursing Graduate
• PRC Licensed Nurse
• At least 1yearexperience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry
