Team Lead - Inbound Sales

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a contact center setting.
• Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and development.
• Proficient in analyzing sales metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Certifications (Desirable but not mandatory):

• Sales training or leadership certifications.

Team Lead - Outbound Sales

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Skills & Competencies:

Sales Acumen: Proficient understanding of sales techniques, especially in a call center environment.

Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.

Problem-Solving: Efficiently address challenges faced by the team or individual agents.

Personal Attributes:

Proactive with a results-driven approach.

Empathetic with the ability to understand and address team concerns.

Adaptable to fast-paced sales environments.
