  BASIC FUNCTION:
  Responsible for the management & overall performance of the Warehouse Operation Section.
  • *Organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of units/goods, ensures stocks are stored properly.
  • *Optimizing Warehouse section processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • *Leads and guides staff to maximize productivity, attracting and retaining outstanding talent and effectively engaging department

  JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of any Engineering or Business related courses.
  • With at least five (5) years' working experience in a Managerial position
  • Strong work ethics and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Knowledgeable in Computer Systems & Technical Know-How
  • Helpful, courteous approach in resolving complaints
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Resident in Bulacan is an advantage

Job Description

・Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports in a specific timeframe.・Assist in the implementation of accounting procedures to enhance the workflow of the department. ・Assist the Chief Accountant in internal audit review to ensure compliance with accounting principles and DPH policies and procedures.・Work with Credit and Collection Supervisor in monitoring of aging accounts receivables, credit transactions, due and overdue collection to ensure an efficient credit and collection process.・Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions to ensure financial accounts are accurate, valid and consistent with Daikin standards.
