QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Supply chain management or Business Administration and any related course
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
• Able to achieve results by setting high standards and committing to clear objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions

• Computer literate with good numeric skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø Oversee the receipt, identification, dispatch and assurance of quality of goods Ø Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance by communication job expectations & coach employees Ø Determine staffing levels and assign workload Ø Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area Ø Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits Ø Ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share. Ø Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy Ø Determine staffing levels and assign workload Ø Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Ø Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status Ø Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices Ø Confer and coordinate activities with other departments Ø Ensure inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained Ø Ensure safety procedures are being followed Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid training Transportation service provided Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Overtime Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary Performance bonus Experience: Supply Chain Management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: San Fernando, Pampanga (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: San Fernando, Pampanga: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
