Job Description - ARCA Construction Program Manager

Overview Position ARCA Construction Program Manager Job Code Reports to The Line Projects Direct Reports Director Engineering Services Division/Section Industrialized Design & Construction Department The Line Sector The Line Job Family Role Purpose A highly competent professional, with experience of major construction project delivery and evidence of innovation and the introduction of new technologies / ways of working is required to provide construction management for the Design & Construction 'Automated Rebar Cage Assembly' (ARCA) project. Key Accountabilities & Activities Duties and responsibilities
Oversee the physical construction of any physical assets required for the successful delivery of ARCA
Support the design process to ensure easily constructed cost effective buildings
Ensure the buildings are constructed on time and to budget.
Ensure the buildings meet all required Saudi standards and codes
Work with consultants to write all scope of works documents and procurement activities relating to construction
Background, Skills & Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience of project management in a relevant sector
Understanding of innovation in construction ie. offsite manufacture, MMC, DfMA, contracting models, partnership or incentivization arrangements
Excellent project management skills, demonstrating an ability to scope, plan and deliver successful projects
Strong analytical and communication skills required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English
Qualifications
Minimum Eng. Degree in mechanical engineering / construction management or related field;
Demonstrable evidence of continued professional development (CPD)
