Client Profile:
One of the largest construction companies in the Philippines, offering high-quality plywood, cement, and other building supplies for homes, buildings, and other construction applications. Position: Business Development Agent
Industry: Construction Industry
Location: San Simon, Pampanga
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays
Work Set up: On field Requirements:
ðŸ'¥ Bachelor's degree holder in business management or any course.
ðŸ'¥ Associate degree are welcome to apply.
ðŸ'¥ With at least 1- 2 years total work experience.
ðŸ'¥ With experience as Business Development.
ðŸ'¥ With experience in Construction industry is a big advantage.
ðŸ'¥ Can start as soon as possible is a plus. Responsibilities:
ðŸ'¥ Ensure that sales target set by management is met
ðŸ'¥ Maintain positive business relationships and maximize satisfaction by responding and escalating all customer concerns and feedbacks, expedite the resolutions on a recurring basis.
ðŸ'¥ Respond to sales enquiries via calls, emails and/or warehouse walk-ins from time to time
ðŸ'¥ Maintain customer information directory and utilize it to continuously closing prospect customers
ðŸ'¥ Research account and saturation of specific assigned area
ðŸ'¥ Evaluate prospects, generate leads, identify needs, educate prospects how product can benefit them, and negotiate the price, terms, and other costs
ðŸ'¥ Develop sales promo or sales programs to close the sales Recruitment process: (online interviews)
