Chief Estimator

· Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.

· PRC license holder in Civil Engineering is a plus.

· With at least 3-5 years of work experienced as Estimator.

· Experienced in port construction preferably.

· Proven experience in contract management, preparation of technical and financial proposals, Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing of materials and equipment.

· Strong exposure in internal and external discussion and presentation of project estimation.

· Proficient in MS Office.

· Exceptional quantitative skills.

· Strategic thinker, innovative, active and pro– active.

· Strong communication, leadership, problem—solving and organizational skills.

· Target- oriented and deadline- driven.
