Work Arrangement: Onsite | Clark, Pampanga Work Shift: Morning Shift | 10:00AM– 7:00 PM AEST (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT) Key Responsibilities: The essence of the Customer Success role is to be our client's first point of contact. You will collect the required information to log support requests for our clients so the technical team can solve the issue and assist in managing the workflows of the technical team. The primary responsibilities of this role are to: Manage incoming calls, emails & service requests. Liaise with clients for scheduling maintenance, downtime, or professional service outage windows. Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding the scheduling of service requests. Triage incoming requests and dispatch them to the appropriate team. Skills and Qualifications: Must Have/s: Excellent Verbal and Written Comms Customer Service Background Nice to have: PSA/Ticketing tool experience is a huge plus (e.g., Datto/Autotask) Technical background is a plus but not required Builds Strong Relationships Builds and maintains constructive and effective relationships with peers and stakeholders (internally and externally) Can cultivate rapport and build trust with client stakeholders. Proactively communicates with staff and others as needed. Works effectively with a range of people and styles Listens attentively to others; demonstrates openness to other points of view. Commercial and situational awareness Acts quickly and decisively to secure a positive business outcome. Understands commercial implications of service, experience, budget and costs and manages proactively Has attention to details and situations to steer services to successful outcomes. Professional Communication Speaks clearly and professionally. Has an energetic, empathetic, and outgoing personality. Enjoys connecting with others over the phone and builds rapport quickly. Communicates proactively, clearly, and effectively with team members, peers and management. Tailors communication content, channel and style to the audience to increase understanding and acceptance. Able to provide instruction in a manner that end users easily understand.
