Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful candidate will perform the following:

DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES

• Drafts the development of construction management standards, control policy, guidelines for P&E infrastructure projects.
• Prepares construction processes in collaboration with other divisions under the Engineering Construction Department, other departments, functional groups and stakeholders and with reference to the Philippine and international codes.
• Prepares applicable forms and reporting templates for P&E construction projects.
• Prepares continual enhancement of existing construction standards and procedures.
• Assists in the planning/organizing/conducting orientation trainings, workshops and seminars on developed standards and procedures.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS MONITORING

• Checks, monitors and consolidates regular submission of construction progress reports to Management, other divisions, departments or functional groups ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Evaluates contractor’s accomplishments to realize committed deliverables and target milestones.
• Monitors projects’ committed Work Plan per approved Projects Timeline.
• Assist in the planning/organizing/conducting of interface with site management, contractors and other functional groups on NGCP requirements on project monitoring and reporting

TECHNICAL REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF ECD DOCUMENTS

• Performs technical review and evaluation of assigned project documents

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Electrical Engineering
• Licensed Civil/Electrical Engineer
• Two (2) years relevant experience
• Knowledgeable in: Project Planning, Project Management, Scheduling, Report Preparation and Monitoring
• Oral and written proficiency in English and Filipino
• Intermediate skills in MS Office
