Contracts Admin Specialist (Project-Based)

1. Ensure works being undertaken by the contractor meet the Employer’s Requirements and in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract 

2. Take sufficient steps to minimize contractual project risks 

3. Draft correspondences and notices on a timely manner in accordance with the conditions of contract and maintain full audit trail of the issued and received correspondences which will be updated regularly; and ensure timely issuance to Contractor/Consultant 

4. Prepare weekly report on contractual issues/concerns and other reports needed throughout the project life cycle 

5. Liaise with the Project Team (Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Engineer, and Project Team Sections), Designer and Independent Consultant) as necessary to ensure project requirements are met in accordance with the Contract Data and make sound suggestion(s) n resolving contract issues and concerns 

6. Attend Project coordination meetings and review the minutes of the meeting 

8. Prepare certificates relevant to payment, Taking-Over, Substantial, Completion, and Performance to the contractor as required in the contract 

9. Ensure that the determination of the contractor's claims, variations and the progress billing application prior to issuance is in accordance with terms and conditions of the contract data 

10. Review the project close-out documents to secure the approval/certification of the independent consultant and Grantor 

11. Perform other task assigned to them 

Qualifications:

• Education: B.S. Civil Engineering Graduate from reputable college/university, 
• Experience: Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in contracts administration with quantity surveying experience is preferred. Experience in Roads, Bridges, Buildings, and other typesof construction.
• Licenses (if applicable): with PRC license is an advantage
• Others: Knowledgeable in International StandardForm of Contract, FIDIC and NEC
