We recently launched our new cosmetics line - ABSIDY , which is making waves across beauty enthusiasts and endorsed by known celebrities. Due to the high demand both in retail stores and on e-commerce platform, we are looking for a CREATIVE DIRECTOR to join our growing team.

What You will do

• Lead the creative team in conceptualizing and executing compelling and effective design solutions for a variety of marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, branding projects, digital content, and more.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, target audience insights, and brand guidelines, and translate them into impactful creative concepts.
• Provide artistic direction and constructive feedback to designers, copywriters, and other creatives to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our creative output.
• Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and professional growth among team members.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders and effectively communicate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Oversee the production process, from concept development to final deliverables, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of creative initiatives, gather feedback, and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.

What should set you apart

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role with successful campaigns and projects across various platforms with a strong track record of creative excellence preferably in retail setting.
• A thorough understanding of how content can play out across multiple mediums. An in-depth understanding of social media platforms is a must.
• Demonstrated ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audiences
• Expertise in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and others.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
