Creative Manager

Art Direction (Advertising, Arts & Media)

The Creative Manager will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the creative team to conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative and compelling visual and written content. You will be responsible for guiding the creative process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials that align with the company's brand strategy and objectives. The Creatives Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor creative talent, and contribute to the overall success of the creative and marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Vision and Strategy:
Develop and communicate a clear creative vision for the brand, aligning with the overall business strategy.

Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to inform and enhance the brand's creative direction.

Visual Identity and Branding:
Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and impactful visual identity for the brand across all channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in product design, packaging, and marketing materials.

Multimedia Production:

Oversee the creation of multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and interactive materials.

Campaign Conceptualization and Execution:
Lead the ideation and execution of seasonal campaigns, ensuring they align with the brand's messaging and resonate with the target audience.
Work closely with the creative team to bring campaigns to life.

Team Leadership and Development:
Inspire and lead a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to team members to encourage their professional growth.

Collaboration with Marketing and Sales:
Work and collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to understand campaign objectives and contribute creative solutions and insights to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints. Ensure creative strategies align with business objectives and product launches.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in a creative role, demonstrating a progression of responsibilities and leadership.
• Experience in overseeing and coordinating the work of a creative team to meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and creative collaboration within the team.
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
