Job Description - Customer Care Head

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Represent the company in meetings and conferences that require technical

information, opinion or decision on project management.

-Develop and recommend training program of the department designed to update,

hone and improve competence and skill of the group.

- Achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing

and evaluating advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs;

developing field sales action plans.

- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Business

Administration or other relevant degree

-At least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience

- Preferably from a Construction Company

- Effective customer service and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

  • Paid training

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
  • Overtime pay

Experience:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Required)
