Job Overview

As a DEN Build Advisor, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer support and coordinating home plan customizations. You will work closely with our network of skilled designers to integrate customer feedback and refine home designs, ensuring the delivery of tailored construction drawings. Your role will also involve managing design-related budgets and maintaining a seamless integration with our Shopify platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding DEN plans and the home-building process on our platform.
• Coordinate with designers to customize home plans based on customer requirements.
• Manage the feedback loop between customers and designers, ensuring that all design modifications meet customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and track the budget for design modifications and related expenses.
• Ensure that final construction drawings are accurate and delivered timely to customers.
• Utilize Shopify to manage transactions, customer interactions, and workflow integrations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or project coordination, preferably in the construction or design industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budget management and basic financial tracking.
• Proficiency in Shopify and general comfort with using technology platforms.
