- Maintain the accounting books of accounts
- Prepare the related schedules to support the book balances
- Confirm depreciated cost of fixed assets in coordination with other departments
- Prepares and consolidates Trial Balance
- Consolidates transactions from Central office and Project Sites
- Consolidates on-going project warehouse year-end inventories
- Prepares Income Tax Return
- Prepare VAT Returns with Supporting List of Customers and Suppliers for reporting to BIR
- Prepares the required accounting schedules for Audit purposes
- Monitor collection schedule and follow up clients
- Prepare Cash Position Report on a weekly basis or as requested by Top Management
- Liaise and facilitates fund transfers and online remittances for overseas payables
- Facilitates opening and or closing of bank account/s for new projects and on-going projects
- Performs other duties that maybe assigned or required
Qualifications
- Preferably with Graduate Studies in Business Administration
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least five (5) years working experience in the same capacity for CPA
- At least ten (10) years working experience in the same capacity for non-CPA
- Experience in Construction is an advantage.
