Deputy Accounting Manager

• Maintain the accounting books of accounts
• Prepare the related schedules to support the book balances
• Confirm depreciated cost of fixed assets in coordination with other departments
• Prepares and consolidates Trial Balance
• Consolidates transactions from Central office and Project Sites
• Consolidates on-going project warehouse year-end inventories
• Prepares Income Tax Return
• Prepare VAT Returns with Supporting List of Customers and Suppliers for reporting to BIR
• Prepares the required accounting schedules for Audit purposes
• Monitor collection schedule and follow up clients
• Prepare Cash Position Report on a weekly basis or as requested by Top Management
• Liaise and facilitates fund transfers and online remittances for overseas payables
• Facilitates opening and or closing of bank account/s for new projects and on-going projects
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned or required 

Qualifications

• Preferably with Graduate Studies in Business Administration
• Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• At least five (5) years working experience in the same capacity for CPA
• At least ten (10) years working experience in the same capacity for non-CPA 
• Experience in Construction is an advantage.
