Digital Media Executive

The Digital Media Executive is responsible for day-to-day admin and pacing of campaign activities within the digital media space. In this role you will be expected to support the team across live campaigns and learn how best to set up, run and optimise paid campaigns. You will work with internal teams to traffic, set up, create and optimise campaigns, quality-assuring work before being sent off to client teams or publishers. Key Accountabilities:

• Be the key lead on digital campaigns for your selected clients working closely with the respective Account Managers to understand client objectives in order to deliver against their KPIs
• Take responsibility for end to end campaign management from campaign implementation, execution and delivery of campaign pacing and KPIs for your assigned clients and be responsible for budget management
• Ensure campaigns go live on time, and troubleshoot where required
• Oversee Performance Trader to maintain and ensure excellence in overall campaign set up and delivery white also ensuring that the campaign is set up in the best way possible to deliver on client objectives and KPIs
• Provide inputs into the overall planning process to ensure that media strategy and plan can be executed on platform and to align on overall tactics/targeting and ensure that client facing dashboards reflect the right data from respective platforms

Other Duties

• Line Manage 1 direct report - Performance Trader, and be responsible for their work quality and output as it pertains to delivering on your shared client objectives and KPIs
• Train and mentor Performance Trader to become an expert across platforms by providing clear instructions and guidance
• Work closely with Digital Team lead to manage and develop Performance Trader personal development through coaching and appropriate feedback

Requirements

• Hands on platform experience across Search, Social and Programmatic as well as Campaign Manager
• Experienced Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency
• Provide support when needed with technical issues for solutions
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Up to date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Relationships

• The Digital Media Executive reports directly to the Digital Trading Manager
