Division Manager - Urgent

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

• Ensures all store operations run smoothly, follow SOPs, and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, Train, Discipline, challenge, motivate, encourage and provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Ensuring that all customer service initiatives are in place, dealing with issues quickly & courteously.
• Study & Investigate solutions for improving store sales achievement, increasing manpower efficiency, and reduction of stock damage & stock lost.
• Monthly Meeting with Team for review of performance & provide constructive guidance to team for improvement.
• Arrangement of Annual Stock Take Schedule and Monitoring.
• Leads New Store Setup (Work closely with Business Development - Setup Team) & lead during Soft Opening & Grand Opening.
• Update & Report of Investigate result to HQ & Superior.
• Working within established Guidelines & SOP.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Business courses or related.
• At least 8 Years) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent People Management Skills, Business Acumen in Retail Setup, Keen Eyes for Details, Coaching and Mentoring Skills
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Willing to do field work for store visits.
• Can start ASAP.
