Responsibilities:

• Support the MEP Department Manager, undertaking delegated managerial and organisational activities
• Participate in business development including making sales
• The role requires both tactical and strategic thinking for the department
• Electrical & ELV Section Head:
  • Leading and managing the Electrical & ELV Design Section during all stages of project design and development.
  • Guide the design team to ensure strict adherence to approved Conceptual Designs and ensuring completeness, constructability and code compliance 

Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering graduate, preferably a Professional Electrical Engineer 
• At least 10 years progressive work experience, A minimum of 5 years in Design / Consulting Firm and 3 to 5 years as lead engineer in MEP design / services coordination related works in a construction firm
• Well-developed working knowledge of MEPF Services and Systems design
• Working knowledge on various international and local Electrical and Building Codes and Standards
• Ability to use Revit a key advantage
• Experience in industrial and infrastructure projects including Data Centres is a distinct advantage

Workplace

• Forsspac operates on a hybrid work setup
• Hours of work are fully flexible (44 hours a week)
• Main office has desks that can be booked

Remuneration (Per month)

• Salary range depending on skills and experience
• Internet allowance Php1,000
• Electricity allowance Php1,500
• Immediate start
