MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs and/or arrange for regular preventive maintenance on building systems, plumbing,
electrical, mechanical and control systems and related components;
Identifies repair and maintenance projects requiring the assistance of contractors or
vendors, monitors work of vendors or contractors;
- Conducts regular inspection of office furniture and equipment and identify needs for repairs;
- Coordinates multiple Facilities related projects with efficiency and proficiency in meeting
timelines and schedules;
Assists in the review of new construction or remodel plans to assure compliance with facility
maintenance standards.
- Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building;
- Supervises cleaning crews and maintenance workers;
- Coordinates office and parking space allocation;
- Tests building security systems and promotes safety within the building;
- Provides information to Management and stakeholders regarding works that are being
carried out that may affect their working environment or conditions;
- Maintains a reporting system to track progress of deliverables and tasks;
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations;
- Removes hazardous materials from all areas accessible to employees and guests.
- Oversee maintenance activities such as Maintenance daily routine, Corrective and
Preventive Maintenance.
Ensures that all reported Facilities or equipment breakdown are monitored and addressed
appropriately and urgently.
- Ensures that all reported Facilities Incident Reports are closed.
- Factual checking of the Daily Maintenance Upkeep.
- Oversee contractors conducting their activities on the Facilities and ensure that they are
working appropriately on their scope.
Coordinate with Building Admin regarding the contractor’s activities and facilitate their
requirements.
- Record and update Daily Utilities Reading
- Ensure that the Facilities Inventory are update.
- Ordering of Facilities monthly consumable requirement and ensure their delivery are on
time.
- Monitor company’s asset status.
- Ensure that Facilities Document are properly kept and readily available both in hardcopy and
softcopy.
- Assist Facilities Specialist on various project.
- Monitor locker and pedestal allocation.
- And other administrative task that are assigned.
- Provide monthly report on all the Facilities update.
