Job Description - Global TA Sourcing Associate

We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for two Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associates to execute sourcing strategies and manage the coordination of recruitment back-office activities for vacancies both in the UK and other global locations, excluding Manila.

With excellent communication skills, you will be integral part of our global team. Building talent pipelines for our current and future skill needs, you will ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly and efficiently and provide an efficient and professional services to our managers and candidates .

As Talent Acquisition Sourcing Associate, you will bring a wealth of recruitment expertise, with the ability to demonstrate your experience in candidate sourcing, screening and/or coordination for our global vacancies.Confident in the use of sourcing methodologies and tools, you will be able to deliver strong diverse shortlists to meet our Talent needs.

In this pivotal role within our Talent Acquisition team, collaboration will be key to your success. Working closely with our UK Talent Acquisition Consultants you will:

  • Create and post compelling job advertisements that are aligned to our brand and Employment Value Proposition
  • Conduct initial screening of applications against established criteria, creating a recommended long list for review.
  • Deploy innovative sourcing strategies to identify diverse talent pools for current and future roles.
  • Foster a network of passive candidates through social media engagement.
  • Partner with our external media partner to elevate our presence on the most impactful advertising platforms.
  • Compile and prepare recruitment reports and analytics to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Serve as the primary contact for interview feedback coordination, ensuring timely and constructive responses from hiring managers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, keeping our Talent Acquisition process seamless and effective.
  • Amenability to work following a hybrid work setup and a mid-shift schedule to overlap with UK operations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly organised and proactive, efficiently managing multiple tasks and stakeholders. Tech-savvy, you'll also be proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite and have proven experience in providing sourcing and recruiting support for roles outside of the Philippines.

Applications for this role will be reviewed on a rolling basis and those identified for interview will be asked to undertake a practical task to assess their skills and competencies.
