Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on an outsourced basis. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively utilize various tools and techniques to generate high-quality leads.

Duties and Responsibilities 

 

• Researching and identifying potential leads through various channels including but not limited to online research, social media platforms. Qualifying leads to ensure they meet predefined criteria and are a good fit for our products/services.
• Contacting potential leads via email, phone calls, or other communication channels to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
• Building and maintaining a database of leads and updating lead status and interactions regularly.
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Providing regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, including progress against targets and key metrics.
  
   

Requirements and Skills (Must Have) 

• Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in construction or interior design industry
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential leads effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and achieving objectives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using various tools and platforms for lead generation, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.

Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have) 

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Additional information

 

• Working Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6am -3pm (MNL)
• Must have a strong internet connection with minimum of 20 mbps for both download and upload speed
