Internal Audit Head

• BS Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant. Preferably with other professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CISA.
• Minimum combined 6 years professional experience in internal and external auditing. Last two years of which is in supervisory or managerial role.
• Knowledgeable and able to apply auditing standards as stated in the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing set by the Institute of Internal Auditors.
• Good to strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), able to construct executive summaries, write detailed grammatically correct and coherent audit reports and present to management results of audit.
• Preferable knowledgeable in the use of auditing tools/software.
• Influencing skills. Able to show and influence audit clients to effect audit recommendations and other process improvements.
• Coaching skills. Able to teach and train audit staff to perform audit engagements according to audit work program and budget.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare audit plan for each audit engagement which include but not limited to preparation of audit work program, preliminary risk analysis and audit budget and timeline.
• Oversee the entire phase of audit engagement from planning, fieldwork, communicating audit results and follow up audits.
• Ensure that audit work programs are executed as approved. Any deviations are discussed with the AVP for Internal Audit.
• Review audit working papers, ensuring that audit conclusions are supported with evidence and there is proper documentation and filing.
• Make recommendations for process improvement within audit operations to the AVP for Internal Audit.
• Timely intervention and coaching of audit staff including conduct of performance evaluation and make recommendation for promotions.
• Oversee the audit kick off and exit conference of all audit engagements.
• Review audit reports of audit staff and draft executive summary.
• Monitor the agreed action plans with audit clients.
• Attend relevant training and ensure that auditing skills remain updated and relevant.

Building on its initial success, the company continued to develop St. Joseph Villages in different sites in the Laguna province.

P.A. Properties will continue serving its markets by maintaining affordable housing packages.

It already built about 19,000 low- to medium-cost housing units.

Its 500-strong workforce serves as the foundation of the company, along with its thousands of agents, brokers, and contractors.
