Landscape Architect / Landscape Designer

Position: Landscape Architect /Landscape Designer

Work Hours: Mondays to Fridays, very flexible (as long as this person is available for a call for meetings, check-ins, updates, etc.)

Pay: $1200 - $1500/month

Location: Fully Remote

We are currently seeking a Landscape Architect to join our team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for developing creative and functional design concepts, preparing detailed plans and specifications, and overseeing the implementation of landscape projects from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to create outdoor spaces that are not only visually pleasing but also functional and environmentally sustainable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts that meet client's requirements and project's objectives
• Create detailed plans, sections, elevations, and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the smooth implementation of projects
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in landscape architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Landscape Architect or Landscape Designer
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Familiarity with land effect (AutoCAD plug-in) experience
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, construction techniques, and plant materials
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous experience in landscape design and project management is preferred
