Lead Architect

This includes setting standards, conducting site inspections and evaluations, auditing, and monitoring space utilization, and collaborating with different organizations to understand the requirements. 

• Leads the planning and design or Master Planning on office spaces and departmental allocations.

• Provide Support on property management and development activities and initiatives

• Oversees the audit of space use and property utilization and maintains the database of plans and space allocations 

• Supervises the development, communication, monitoring, and maintenance of space and property standards

• Reviews and checks layouts, designs, and specification for standards compliance.

• Analyzes and executes recommended technical assistance and support requirements for the management 

• Knowledgeable in the building playout: plumbing, communication, heating, electrical, ventilation, and structural systems to manage and eliminate conflicts in design; well-versed in building codes, fire regulations, zoning laws, city ordinances, and disabled access laws for public buildings Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience working on facility projects within [insert industry or sector] is preferred.
• Professional certifications (LEED, AIA, etc.) are a plus.
