Lead QA Engineer

The Quality Assurance Lead Engineer or Architect - Housing conducts QA Inspections, preparation and submission QA Inspection. Reports and manpower supervision. Ensure that construction standard procedures and methodology are implemented and complied. Ensuring awareness of all aspects of construction activity in order to provide Quality Assurance and safety standard.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL

• Develop quality assurance standard, process and methodology
• Ensure that activities are performed in compliance with the standard procedure and methodology
• Ensure that products meet customer expectation and standards
• Adhere to quality and safety standards, ensure timely project delivery by identification of causes ofdelays for analysis and improvements
• Responsible for the detection and resolution of problems
• To submit inspection report/QA memorandum with recommended course of action
• To ensure that assigned projects are using reliable and qualified material testing laboratories and readymix concrete suppliers
• To submit accreditation report and certificates
• Evaluate assigned project time extensionsreport (TER). At least 1 revision for a year
• Review and evaluates COCs of assigned projects
• Ensure that HCOM App and Billing App are implement and all issues and concerns are captured andreported for improvement/enhancement

OTHERS

• View and evaluate plans and specifications and call the attention of the concern parties
• Attend coordination meetings to resolve project issues and concerns
• Ensure that the project implementation complies with the Local Government Unit requirements, rulesand regulations
• Direct reports supervision
• Perform other duties as maybe assigned from time to time
