The Role
With a keen eye for detail, and a natural desire to help people, this position requires you to:
- Handle and action all daily cases and keeping the team up to date as cases arise
- Promptly answer queries from students & those in the ecosystem
- Take initiative with files & requirements at each stage, following up where necessary.
- Assist the Finance Manager and Mentors with student file updates & file carry. Staying on top of all updates is critical.
- Assist in resolving issues & administrative queries using problem-solving skills.
- Attend daily Zoom meetings with the team at 9am and 1pm.
- Be involved in regular in house training sessions
- Monthly contact with our students via bulk email
- Keep our CRM program up to date
Ideal Profile
It is essential that you come with:
- 2-5 years administrative functions experience with Australian based companies
- Ideally familiar with the finance broking process as support
- Some Property/construction exposure
- Above satisfactory level of experience in arranging/scheduling meetings between mentors and students.
- Knowledge of key elements of loan processes & property purchases including settlements
- Ability to easily build rapport & trust with those in the ecosystem, via phone.
- Great patience, empathy & understanding of student needs; this can be an emotionally charged process for them to undertake.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Developing great business relationships.
- Confident with technology including MS Word, Excel, G-suite, Salesforce, PandaDoc
