Job Description - Loyalty Marketing Manager

  • Manage the overall brand health of the loyalty program
  • Implementing data acquisition efforts during the welcome stage of the member and ensuring member information is updated
  • Ensure continuous member engagement through continuous member communication in all lifecycle stages
  • Ensures that the Program construct and program policies support the overall brand objective of promoting engagement and loyalty
  • Manage channels used by members in all lifecycle stages such as SMS activation, registration, renewal, promotion, card expiration, points forfeiture, and promotions (direct-to-member, website, and mobile app)
  • Assess and evaluate branding projects such as sponsorships and cross-promotions
