Manage the overall brand health of the loyalty program
Implementing data acquisition efforts during the welcome stage of the member and ensuring member information is updated
Ensure continuous member engagement through continuous member communication in all lifecycle stages
Ensures that the Program construct and program policies support the overall brand objective of promoting engagement and loyalty
Manage channels used by members in all lifecycle stages such as SMS activation, registration, renewal, promotion, card expiration, points forfeiture, and promotions (direct-to-member, website, and mobile app)
Assess and evaluate branding projects such as sponsorships and cross-promotions
