Post Construction Engineer

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible in the administration of the whole QS Post construction Rectification process.
• Ensuring unit for rectification is being assigned with contractor and to assist QAD with regards to coordination with contractor for achieving target completion date.
• Regulate and updating Handyman Single-Rate System (additional scope of works)
• Performing actual site inspection
• Validation of Request Rectification Form

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Preferably with PRC license
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in post construction works.
• Preferably with Postcon - QA/Unit turnover experience
• Experience in estimating and cost estimating is a plus.
