Job Description - Project Civil Engineer

Responsibilities
Prepares estimated quantity of materials for the project in accordance with the approve plans and budget
Creates an evaluation and cost comparison between the company's budget and estimated cost obtained from contractors bidding
Responsible in monitoring of overall progress of various projects in accordance with the target schedules/ agreed timeline and above acceptable quality
Responds promptly to clients inquiries for service and assistance construction plans and specification
Submits detailed project report status every month
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Applicants must be willing to work in Canlubang, Laguna
With non-pro/professional driver's license
Must know how to drive motorcycle/car
1-3 yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Residential/Commercial Building
Good understanding of MEP Building Systems
Thorough knowledge of legal issues and safety standards is essential
