Project Control Manager

Job Summary:

The role shall ensure that all Company projects are monitored and accomplished within agreed timelines, service level agreement and are within approved budgets .

Responsibilities:

Shall be In-charge of managing, controlling, processing and submitting the Project Accomplishment Report ( PAR) and Work Accomplishment Report ( PAR).

Shall conduct project audit and cost analysis after every Notice of Installation Compliance and Acceptance (NICA).

Shall collaborate with the Installation head and managers by providing guidance in coming up with the Functional budget.

Shall be the over-all coordinating body monitoring the Operations process starting from delivery, installation until signing of the Notice of Installation Compliance and Acceptance(NICA).

Shall alert the Project Management Team on foreseen cost slippage.

Shall address Customer Installation Complaints of all projects.

Shall ensure that 30% Gross Profit is met prior to processing of payment.

Shall conduct periodic audits on major projects in order to assess the actual status and to determine if any deviation from the agreed SLAs.

Shall provide Management with adequate information regarding project cost status.

Qualifications:

· Must be an Civil Engineer or an Architect

· At least 10 years of solid experience in Project Management and Project Controls preferably from construction companies or finance institutions or other related industries

· Must be familiar conducting Cost Quantity Survey

· Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills

· Computer savvy

· Proven skills in people management and vendor management
