Project Engineer

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 PHP a month

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the high-rise building project from all engineering perspectives, especially on the civil engineering aspect.

• Review and approve contractor submittals, including shop drawings, construction plans, and schedules (TIMELINES).

• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with building codes, plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Identify and address any civil engineering and other engineering issues or discrepancies that arise during construction.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the contractor, architects, structural engineers, and other project stakeholders.

• Track project progress and budget to ensure adherence to timelines and financial goals.

• Prepare and submit progress reports to management

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field)

• Professional Engineer (PE) license (or equivalent)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction, with a strong specialization in high-rise buildings

• Proven experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to closeout

• In-depth knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials for high-rise buildings

• Excellent understanding of structural analysis, foundation engineering, and constructability principles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)

• Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
