Job Description - Project Nurse

JOB Description
Ensures effective and efficient implementation of company rules and regulation, quality policies, system and procedures especially in Safety and Health.
Stores, administers and monitor first aid treatments on injuries, accidents and other health related illness
Conduct regular examination and check-up of employees
Prepares report on maintenance of accurate nursing and medical records and up to date client's case notes
Monitor health condition of project manpower
Assists the emergency response team of the project site
Attends to daily consultations of workers and employees on site.
Acts as a first aider on-site
Reporting and documentation of accident and illness at site.
Qualifications
Graduate of B.S Nursing
PRC License is a must
With at least 2 to 3 years working experience in the same field is required
With exposure in construction industry is an advantage
With Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training is a must
Willing to be assigned in Metro Manila.
