JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set as an example to his/her subordinates by profession and as a person.
- Exhibit technically knowledgeable skills in all construction methodology at all times the company are being represented.
- Ensure that the Project In-charge performs his duties and responsibilities.
- Monitors the project thru regular site visits and reports of the Project In-charge.
- Ensure that all projects being managed are executed as per latest plans, specifications and standards.
- Decide on major and critical concerns on site.
- Attends problems/concerns upon the request of Owner/Architect/ Contractors etc.
- Regularly check project status and provide useful information to mobilize the project execution to meet target date of completion.
- Provide necessary instructions to Project Engineers to properly and efficiently implement requests or changes initiated by the Owner/Architect.
- Check Minutes of the Management meeting transcribed by the Project In-charge before it will be presided.
- Attend weekly coordination meeting and technical meeting if necessary.
- Check/approved the evaluated progress billing submitted by the Project In-charge and submit to Estimator.
- Check/ approve the quantities of items of proposed additive/ deductive works as evaluated by the Project In-charge and submit to Estimator.
- Check monthly Accomplishment Report submitted by the Project In-charge.
- Verify punch list submitted by the Project In-charge prior to 100 % completion.
- Ensure proper Turn-over of Site to the Owner upon project completion.
- Accomplished Performance Evaluation of Engineers for regularization and/or for promotion.
- Recommends/Sign Memos like regularization, promotion, offenses & Disciplinary Actions.
- Approve/sign Leave forms of employees submitted by HR.
- Verify/ sign Overtime Request Forms submitted by the employees
- Interview applicants for second/final screening.
- Facilitate Office Meeting with various Agenda (maybe self initiated or as instructed by the President).
- Perform other duties/ responsibilities that the job requires.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-5 years experience in Construction Industry preferably in Construction Management
-Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
-Ability to lead and train the project management team
-Excellent project Management skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
