Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Manager located in Manila. The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the procurement and sourcing of raw materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of steel industry and supply chain processes
• Proficiency in inventory management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Supply Management) are a plus
